2021 Malbec Rosé - Single Vineyard

PRODUCTION

The 2020-2021 season enjoyed sunny days with a wide temperature range between day and night through the entire second half of March and all of April, which allowed for high quality across our grape varieties, including the Malbec grape used to make this Rosé.

 TASTING NOTES

This Malbec Rosé has a light bright salmon- pinkish colour. It has a fresh and aromatic nose, dominated by plum and cherries along with soft herbs. The perception of red fruits immerses your palate enhanced by the round acidity, crisp mouthfeel and finish. It's perfect to enjoy on warm days. 

This is our fourth Rosé Wine, bled off our Malbec grapes.  We are pleased to have produced such an attractive and elegant wine. 

FOOD PAIRING

This is a relatively high-alcohol, dry Rosé wine. We recommend serving it very cold on a warm day, together with a red pasta sauce, pizza, or a strong cheese.
